Welcome to The Cozy Press! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our business.
Custom-Made Products
Nearly all products sold by The Cozy Press are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom produced, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase, including:
- Product selection
- Size
- Color
- Personalization
- Shipping or pickup information
The Cozy Press is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after an order has been placed.
Custom Artwork & Personalization
Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, or other design elements confirm they have the legal right or permission to use those materials.
The Cozy Press reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material without proper authorization.
Design Proofs
When applicable, digital proofs will be provided for approval before production begins.
Approval of a proof confirms that all spelling, grammar, layout, colors, and design elements have been reviewed and accepted by the customer. Once a proof has been approved, The Cozy Press is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively.
Production Times
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days, and many are finished even sooner. Production times may vary during holidays, fundraiser events, or periods of high order volume.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Product Variations
Because apparel is sourced from multiple manufacturers, slight variations in garment color, fabric, sizing, print placement, and print color may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
The Cozy Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
