Thank you for choosing The Cozy Press! Every order is custom made with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create your apparel.

Because your order is made specifically for you, production begins after your purchase is placed—not from pre-printed inventory sitting on a shelf.

Production Time

Our standard production time is 7–10 business days before your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

Production times may be longer during holidays, fundraiser events, large custom orders, or periods of high order volume. We always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality and attention to detail that every order deserves.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that shipping carrier delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are outside of our control.

We currently offer FREE pickup at the following locations:

By appointment only.

Orders picked up at Rooted Wildflower may be picked up during regular business hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup notification.

Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before coming to either pickup location.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to complete every order on time, The Cozy Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
